What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Short version: the tools don't send us what you type.
Last updated 30 October 2026.
Who we are
Ultimate Vision Ltd runs airesources.co.uk and is the controller of the personal data described here. Registered in England and Wales, company number 14613662. Registered office: Office 4 Kingsway North, Team Valley Trading Estate, Gateshead, NE11 0JH. Email: info@ultimatevision.uk.
The tools
Most tools run entirely in your browser. What you type or paste, and any file you open in the spreadsheet cleaner, is not sent to us.
Company and supplier check. When you search, your search words go to our server, which asks Companies House and sends the answer back. We keep the company's register record for up to six hours so repeat searches are faster. We do not keep a record of who searched for what.
Bank holidays. The onboarding planner fetches the official GOV.UK bank holiday list through our server. Nothing about you is sent.
Copying into your AI. When you copy instructions, they go to your clipboard. What happens after you paste them into an AI is covered by that AI company's terms and your employer's settings. See Your AI.
Things we do store
| What | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Your email address, and optionally your role and company, if you sign up | To send the updates you asked for. Lawful basis: your consent. | Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it |
| Your name, work email and the details you give, if you ask us to set something up | To reply, arrange the call and send a quote. Lawful basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract. | Up to 12 months. If you go ahead, what the work and our accounts need |
| Your answer to "Did this finish the job?" and task suggestions | To improve the tools. We do not link them to you. | Up to 2 years |
| A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address | To stop the company lookup and forms being overloaded. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service working. | Up to 24 hours |
Stored in your browser
Your choice of AI, and who set it up, is saved in your browser's local storage so the tools show the right steps. It never leaves your device. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with two analytics tools that Ultimate Vision runs on its own servers. Neither uses cookies or records what you type into the tools.
- GoatCounter counts page views.
- A second counter keeps a random ID in your browser's storage so we can tell new visits from returning ones. It records the page, the page you came from, screen size, language, time zone, time on the page and how far you scrolled.
If you'd rather not be counted, you can block these in your browser, or email us and we'll explain the options.
Where data is held
Our web server is hosted by a provider in Turkey, outside the UK. Sign-up details, set-up requests and the short-lived data above are stored there. Email updates are sent through Ultimate Vision's own email system.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@ultimatevision.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commission, the UK data protection regulator (formerly the ICO), at ico.org.uk.
